Tsarev was informed about the suspicion of calls for violent changes in Ukraine’s borders

Prosecutor General Irina Venediktova informed former People’s Deputy from the Party of Regions Oleg Tsarev about the suspicion .
The Prosecutor General noted that she did not know how much Tsarev had benefited from the three convocations he had served as People’s Deputy. However, she reminded that he was conducting propaganda against the interests of Ukraine.

“Tsarev OA, from now on you are a suspect in committing offenses under Part 3 of Art. 110 and Part 1 of Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – calls for intentional actions to change the boundaries of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, which led to deaths and other serious consequences, as well as to support decisions and actions of the aggressor state and its armed groups, to cooperate with the aggressor state and its armed groups, “Venediktov wrote on her Facebook page.
