The termination of the heating season is stated in the order signed by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Mykola Zhirnov .

“Disconnection of heating systems in health care, culture, physical culture and sports, preschool and general secondary education, as well as in social and medical institutions should be carried out at the written request of their heads,” the document reads.
