In Energodar, Andriy Shevchyk, a collaborating MP from the OPZH party, created a so-called “people’s council.” Mayor Dmytro Orlov warned that the “council” has nothing to do with Ukraine’s jurisdiction.

In particular, in Energodar Shevchik went to cooperate with the Russian occupiers. He announced the creation of a “council of self-organization of the city”, which will perform the functions of city government, and he declared himself “chairman of the council.”
According to Energoatom, with the support of the occupiers, Shevchyk headed the so-called “council” and is preparing to “help the citizens with a Russian humanitarian.”
“Patriots of Energodar will not accept any” help “from the aggressor! He will soon answer for all the severity of the criminal law of Ukraine! If he does not appear before the People’s Court earlier, ”the department stressed.

As it became known, the leader of the so-called “LPR” Leonid Pasichnyk said that in the near future in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk region may be a “referendum” on the region’s membership in Russia.
