Now a medical certificate is not required to exchange or renew a driver’s license in Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said .

“From now on, a medical certificate is not required to exchange or renew a driver’s license,” the Interior Ministry said.
Details
The agency also pointed out that during martial law, the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs exchange driver’s licenses only for those citizens who by law have the right to leave Ukraine and those who are involved in defense.
