The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is convinced that in the conditions of world changes in the principles of warfare the state should pay due attention to the development of the armed forces.
“The world is changing. The way humanity is fighting will soon be different. So we need to pay even more, much more attention to the development of our Armed Forces, the entire defense system and, consequently, society’s attitude to this task. We need to invest heavily.”, – he writes.
Zelensky emphasizes that in the next decade, the tactics of warfare will be different from what the world has seen before.
“Artificial intelligence, robotics, drones, new forms and methods of aggressive influence on countries and information warfare – all this makes threats in the future even more serious and requires us to be even more active modernization,” – said the head of state.
