Ukraine, Ukraine gate- March 29, 2022- The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaly Kim, announced on his Telegram channel that this morning, Russian forces had opened fire on residential buildings in Mykolaiv.
“They waited for people to leave for work, and then they shot at an apartment building,” Kim said.
He confirmed that the rescue operation is currently underway.
