US intelligence has recorded the withdrawal of Russian troops from Kiev.

According to the TV channel, Russian tactical groups have already left some areas adjacent to Kyiv. Intelligence called it a “serious strategic shift.”
Interlocutors of the TV channel believe that Russia can cover the retreat with air and artillery bombardments of the capital.
At the same time, US officials warn that Russian troops could turn around again if combat conditions allow.
