Ukraine, Ukraine gate- March 31, 2022- The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kirilenko, announced that the Russian army fired phosphorous shells on the city of Donetsk, wounding 11 people, including 4 children.
The Ochereten gatherings in the morning were also exposed to enemy fire, as a result of which two were wounded.
Kirilenko also said the area continues to bring drinking water and food to front-line settlements and evacuate all comers.
Kirilenko urged all those who find themselves on the front lines, who depend on the availability of medicines and specific medical care, to seize the opportunity to leave, because the evacuation period is temporary, and the OVA chief stressed that the most important thing now is to save lives.
