As noted in the JRS at the National Security and Defense Council, “first, Russia is not” withdrawing “troops, the occupiers are fleeing because they have received fierce resistance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and our population.” “Besides, the enemy is transferring its forces to Donbas and is preparing to strike a devastating blow on the territory of our country from there,” the Center added.
“Secondly, no agreements have been reached between Ukraine and Russia,” the JRS under the National Security and Defense Council stressed.
The Center stressed that “all the stories about the alleged end of the” special operation “are just an attempt to avoid further sanctions against the aggressor country.”
“In fact, the occupiers are trying to organize incomprehensible structures in the temporarily occupied territories and put the ruble into circulation there. Ukraine will not give up its territory!” – summed up in the Center for Counteracting Disinformation.
