Olympic champion Olga Harlan for the fifth time in her career became the winner of the world rating “FIE”, finishing the season on the first step.
Thus, the Ukrainian saber player repeated the achievements of her compatriot – rapier Serhiy Holubytsky. He also finished the season five times as the leader of the world rankings.
Harlan has risen to the podium three times this season. At the first stage of the World Cup in the 2019/20 season in Orleans, France, the Ukrainian won a bronze medal, and then won two gold medals – at a similar tournament in Salt Lake City, as well as at the Montreal Grand Prix.
