He added that some Ukrainian cities do not stop the bombing despite the ceasefire agreements, and also despite the fact that the situation is very dangerous, but they were able to rescue 60 residents in the morning, after the Russian army fired on the residential communities, and they will not be able to bring in food and humanitarian aid for civilians trapped there.
Also, 118 people were rescued from the Karmina and Rubzhnoye regions, 20 of them were evacuated by their own vehicles, and 1,300 people were evacuated from the Lysikansk region.
