According to Oleksiy Arestovych, these units and subdivisions of the Russian Federation and the Rosguard, which committed war crimes in Bucha, Gostomel, and Irpen:
– 64 OMSBR 35 Army of the “Eastern Military District”;
– 5 VTBR 36 Army “Eastern Military District”;
– 331 VDP 98 VDD;
– 37 VDP 106 VDD;
– 104 and 234 DShP 76 DShD;
– 14 and 45 OBSpN;
– 63 OPON Rosguardia;
– 155 OBRMP “Pacific Fleet”.
