Intelligence points out that today the Russian military-industrial complex is beginning to experience social unrest due to a sharp decline in wages and living standards. “This is a logical consequence of the astronomical costs of the war and the inability to ensure stable budget revenues due to international sanctions and economic downturns,” the MOU said.
They also point out that in Russia, trade unionists have despaired of trying to resolve the issue at the sectoral level.
