Ukraine calls on the world’s best minds to understand what led to the massacre in Bucha and other Ukrainian cities that were temporarily under Russian occupation. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba wrote about this on Twitter,

“The riot happened in more than one day. For many years, Russian political elites and propaganda have inflamed hatred, dehumanized Ukrainians, cultivated Russian superiority and prepared the ground for these atrocities. I urge scientists around the world to investigate what led to this,” the minister wrote .
Context
On April 2, Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, announced on Twitter that people had been shot dead with their hands tied in the streets of Bucha.
Dead bodies of civilians were also found near the highway 20 km from Kyiv . Under the blanket lay dead naked women whom Russian barbarians were trying to burn on the roadside.
As of April 8, 163 locals killed by the Russian occupiers had been identified in the liberated city.
