President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi criticized the European Union for discussing the oil embargo on Russia only in the sixth package of sanctions.
The European Union has announced and implemented a fifth package of sanctions against Russia in response to its war against Ukraine, which includes an embargo on Russian coal imports and new sanctions on one of Russia’s largest banks, VTB.
