The company handed over more than 2,000 kg of by-products to the long-suffering XII Months Zoo, located in Demidov in the Kyiv region and which has been under occupation for a long time.
“Animal food was delivered before the protracted curfew, which lasted several days after the liberation of Kyiv region for the possibility of demining the territory. Thus, the timely delivery of meat products from MHP has become a support for the exhausted residents of the well-known throughout Ukraine contact zoo, “- said in MHP.
In Kyiv region, thanks to the timely support of the manufacturer, volunteers managed to save more than 4,000 abandoned and homeless dogs and cats from starvation during the occupation, including in such “hot spots” as Bucha, Vorzel, Boryspil, Nemishayevo and Gostomel.
“Our charitable help is always about people, even when it concerns our younger brothers. After all, neither pets nor zoo residents can take care of themselves. Therefore, since the beginning of the war, our aid centers have been opened to help animals in need of meat products, “the company said.
We will add that earlier MHP donated its first batch of COCO baby food to charity.
In addition, the MHP donated more than 8,000 tons of charitable products worth almost UAH 500,000 to the Armed Forces, the Territorial Defense, hospitals and people in combat zones (as of March 21).
