Western Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ or Easter on April 17
Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – April 17, 2022- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Christians in the Western rites of Easter and posted this on his official Facebook page.
Where he wrote on his official page.. “The Resurrection of the Lord is the affirmation in people’s hearts of faith and hope for the victory of life over death, goodness over evil, and truth over error. Today, when our people are fighting bravely for the future of their homeland, faith and hope have become, and he said: ” The Ukrainians are a strong support for us, showing a unique strength of unity.”
He noted that a special prayer will be held for those who defend our freedom and independence of the state, and thanked the Ukrainian soldiers for their courage and heroism.
He also said, “I am convinced that together we will win this battle for Ukraine, and we will defeat the enemy. I wish everyone a peaceful life under the skies of Ukraine.”
