 President Volodymyr Zelensky has invited French President Emmanuel Macron to Ukraine to understand that Russia’s war crimes are genocide. He stated this in an interview with the French channel BFM TV,

“I do not know whether Emmanuel formulated it purely legally – genocide or genocide. I really believe that he will understand that this is genocide when he comes here. I invite him. Like every leader… Today I understand that many leaders in the world and people need to be here in order to fully evaluate, understand and define something, ”Zelensky said.

French President Emmanuel Macron has refused to call the genocide of the Russian military in Ukraine a genocide .

Later, French Foreign Minister Clement Bonn said that despite the lack of doubts about the war crimes committed by the Russian occupiers in Ukraine, the use of the term “genocide” was considered incorrect.
