Filling the budget is a priority: the Council named the most urgent necessary decisions

Currently, the most urgent issues that need to be addressed in Ukraine in the first place are the economic component, namely the issue of filling the budget. This will be one of the most important areas that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will deal with in the near future. This was announced during a briefing by First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Kornienko .

“We have bills related to the economy. Unfortunately, the privatization bill was not supported yesterday. I think we will return to this issue for sure. We need to work on improving our regulatory regimes. There are different opinions now on how to zone our territories. In what territories, what tax regulation should be. All this should be aimed at filling the budget. We can’t have other tasks now, ”Kornienko stressed.

Another important area, the deputy speaker of parliament called military issues. Discussions on the regulation of local activities are ongoing. The question of self-government and its work in such conditions is open. Especially in the front, frontline territories – military administrations, civilian administrations are introduced.
