Meat with cheese can be cooked in a pan, not necessarily baked.

Ingredients:
veal – 800 g
butter – 100 g
cheese (preferably spicy) – 100 g
breadcrumbs – 100 g
2 eggs
oil or lard – 200 g
Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces of the desired size and beat a little on both sides. Cut the surface of the meat in several places by 2-3 mm.
Melt the butter.
Mix grated cheese with breadcrumbs.
Salt the meat and soak in butter. Then roll in a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs. Press with your palm so that the breading sticks well to the meat. Soak the meat in beaten eggs and again roll in a mixture of cheese and breadcrumbs.
Fry the meat in a hot pan in lard or oil.
If you have lean pork, you can also cook it instead of veal.
