Given the scale of the need for housing, the course of construction “from scratch” was chosen and the purchase of ready-made apartments that are available in the regions of the country.
This year they plan to provide more than 53 thousand apartments. This will cover the needs of 180,000 migrants.
The apartments will be bought immediately with furniture and the necessary plumbing. More than 4,000 apartments are ready, only furniture needs to be brought there.
1,261 apartments will be ready by July, another 17,500 will be ready by autumn. Apartments are bought in all regions of Ukraine, as there are migrants throughout the territory.
15 oblasts have been selected for construction, and the city of Kyiv also wants to spend 306 billion hryvnias on the construction of such apartments.
