US President Joe Biden will talk on Thursday about Ukraine’s struggle with Russia, a few days after the administration sent two high-ranking officials to Kyiv, The Hill reports .

Before
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin visited Kyiv over the weekend to meet with Ukrainian officials, including President Volodymyr Zelensky.
