For example, the use of polyunsaturated omega-3 acids, due to the ability to lower the level of triglycerides in the blood, reduces the number of heart attacks by 28%, coronary heart disease by 17%, and mortality from cardiovascular diseases by 19%. At the same time, coenzyme Q10 has shown “impressive” results in the treatment of congestive heart failure. The risk of complications with the use of 100 mg of the substance 3 times a day decreased by 43%.
