In Ukraine, from March 1 of each year, pensions will be indexed for all categories of retirees. This also applies to the military, civil servants, scientists and officials.

“The President of Ukraine signed the Law of Ukraine of 15.02.2022 402040-IX” On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving Pension Legislation “, which in particular sets March 1 as the date of annual indexation of pensions for all categories of pensioners,” the statement said .
Details
The indexation of all pensions will be carried out on general terms, taking into account one indicator of the coefficient of increase in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The law also provides:
- restoration of the right to early retirement of persons dismissed in connection with the reorganization / liquidation of the enterprise or due to health (not more than one and a half years before reaching retirement age);
- granting the right to early retirement to parents of children with severe rare diseases.
