“First of all, these changes apply to women who are currently expecting a child. From the 30th week of pregnancy, women have the right to form a sick leave and, as a result, receive appropriate social benefits. However, due to the Russian war, this opportunity has become inaccessible to some “, – it is told in the message .
What to do to get sick:
- the pregnant woman should contact the doctor who managed or is managing her pregnancy and state her desire to form a medical certificate of temporary incapacity for work (MVTN);
- if contact with a doctor has been lost, you can turn to another. However, in this case you need to provide the doctor with a document confirming the pregnancy and its term. This may be a certificate or an extract from the last examination of the pregnant woman by a doctor in her country of residence.
- the doctor will check the previous medical records of pregnancy in the electronic health care system and will create an ICT, which will be the basis for the automatic creation of an electronic hospital.
The Ministry of Health recommends that pregnant women keep in touch with their doctor. For the period of martial law, medical advice can be obtained with the help of technical means of communication.
Addition
Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion in Ukraine, the Russian occupiers have completely destroyed 21 hospitals and damaged a total of 307 health care facilities.
