He noted that Russia plans to hold a parade on May 9 in Mariupol as another propaganda step.
Zelensky also expressed confidence that Russia, if not stopped, will go further – where Ukraine and the world will allow it.
As reported, on May 6, during the ceasefire, Russian invaders used anti-aircraft guns and lined up an evacuation vehicle moving towards civilians on the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant. As a result of the shelling, one fighter was killed and six were injured.
Fighters of the Azov Regiment, who are defending Mariupol, called on the world community to evacuate civilians from the Azovstal metallurgical plant and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief to take care of the wounded soldiers.
