The Seimas unanimously supported the relevant resolution – 128 votes in favor.
The resolution states that Russian armed forces and mercenaries committed mass war crimes on the territory of Ukraine, especially in the cities of Bucha, Irpin, Mariupol, Borodyanka and Gostomel.
