The collection “For Ukraine” has 220 pages and consists of 23 speeches, “the most significant of those that President Zelensky has delivered since the beginning of the war,” the publishing house said.
Price – 10 euros.
“The collection contains dramatic speeches of the first day, great speeches before the institutions: the US Congress, the parliaments of France and Britain, as well as appeals to the Ukrainian population, which are broadcast on social networks,” – said in a statement.
Grasset notes that the publishing initiative, which received the green light from the Ukrainian authorities “on the basis of authorized texts”, is “the world’s first publication of Zelensky’s speeches.”
All proceeds from the sale are planned to donate to support the people of Ukraine.
“The idea to publish this book came to me in early March,” said publisher Charles Danzig.
“Representatives of the Ukrainian President gave me their consent and the official text in English,” he added.
