His girlfriend gives her own “analysis” of the Russian dictator’s speech: “Today at the parade Putin paid tribute to those killed in Odessa in 2014. He is adequate in general, no? His speech is a tin. What is Suvorov, Monomakh and the Great Patriotic War?”.
