Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – May 15, 2022 -According to the Ministry of Economy and the Kuwait Stock Exchange, direct and indirect losses amount to 449 million US dollars, and the counting of the damage caused to the Bucha community by the Russian army is continuing.
He cites data on the destruction of a total of 1,354 buildings in the Bucha community, 1,230 of which are apartment buildings, 1,051 private homes and 179 apartment buildings, nearly half of which have been checked by special commissions that draw up defective acts.
Among the buildings that were destroyed were:
- 29- Educational institutions
- 9- Medical institutions
- 5- Administrative and religious buildings
- 12- Public utilities
- 69- Trade networks and other shops.
- 178 buildings have been surveyed and 75-100% destroyed, which means they cannot be restored, there are 149 private homes and 10 high-rise buildings.
As for the infrastructure of the community, a total of 55 km of power lines, 75 km of gas and 10 km of water supply were destroyed, and an electric power plant and water supply facilities, which centrally supplied Posha with electricity and water, were bombed.
In the Chernihiv region, approximately 3.5 thousand buildings were destroyed as a result of the hostilities, 80% of which were residential.
