Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – May 17, 2022 – The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced via Facebook that the anti-aircraft missile detachment of the Southern Air Command had intercepted a Russian cruise missile over the Mykolaiv region.
“On the night of May 17, an anti-aircraft missile unit of the Southern Air Command dropped a Russian cruise missile into the sky over the Mykolaiv region, launched from a strategic bomber attacking Ukraine from the direction of the Caspian Sea,” the report states.
The missile was flying towards the western regions of Ukraine, and on the night of May 17, the enemy bombed a military facility in the Lviv region near the border with Poland with missiles.
