“The Chancellor and the President of Ukraine exchanged views on the current military and humanitarian situation in Ukraine. They agreed that a diplomatic decision based on negotiations between Ukraine and Russia will require an immediate cessation of hostilities on the part of Russia and the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine, ” the press service said.
