Russian MP Anatoly Wasserman has proposed a resolution banning the extradition of “Nazi criminals”, among whom he named the fighters of the Azov Regiment from Mariupol, the newspaper writes.
Wasserman said that the exchange of at least one soldier of the Azov Regiment “will be declared a victory of Ukraine by the collective West.”
