“We order: to prohibit trade in alcoholic beverages and substances produced on the basis of alcohol in the Kharkiv region until the termination or abolition of martial law in the prescribed manner (except for drugs approved for use and included in the State Register of Medicinal Products of Ukraine and disinfectants), except for trade in beer and low-alcohol beverages from 09:00 to 15:00 (except for catering establishments) and from 09:00 to 21:00 in public catering establishments “, – the text of the order reads.

It is also forbidden to sell alcoholic beverages and substances produced on the basis of alcohol to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, other military formations, etc.
The order comes into force on May 17.
