President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Ihor Lysy, interim head of the department, head of the State Administration.
This is stated in Presidential Decree № 566/2020.
“To appoint Lysy Ihor Vasyliovych as the head of the State Administration from December 15, 2020 by concluding a contract on civil service for the period of quarantine,” the document reads.
Prior to that, Lysyi was acting head of the State Tax Service after the head of the department, Serhiy Borzov, was appointed head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. Igor Lysy worked as Borzov’s deputy.
In 2014, Lysy was appointed general director of the Artek Children’s Center.
