Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – May 23, 2022 –Russian forces killed 232 children in Ukraine and wounded 431, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office reported via Telegram.
But this data is not final, as work is underway to determine it in the places of active combat operations and in the areas occupied and temporarily liberated by the enemy.
The largest number of dead and wounded were children in the following areas:
- Donetsk – 145
- Kyiv region – 116
- Kharkiv region – 102
- Chernihiv region – 68
- Kherson region – 49
- Luhansk region – 48
- Mykolaiv region – 45
- Zaporizhia region – 28
- Sumy region – 17
- Zhytomyr region – 15
- Capital District – 16.
