Smilyanskyi added that the stamp could be purchased at the Main Post Office in the capital on May 24 starting at 9 am. Those who have a list compiled on May 23 will be able to buy it.

At 11:00 online sales will start at the 4 largest Ukrainian sites.
“The next sales of stamps in the branches will be on May 27. We will announce in advance and give a letter to the branches (1500) where the stamps will be sold, ”Smilyansky added.
