Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – May 24, 2022 – Data from the Ukrainian State Statistics Service showed a decrease in the average price of beef in April 2022 by 2.3%, reaching 216.39 UAH (7.32 USD) kg compared to 221.45 UAH (7.49 USD) kg in March.
Since the beginning of this year, the average consumer price for beef has increased by 10.6% from UAH 195.61 ($6.62) kg in January, to UAH 216.39 ($7.32) in April.
The State Statistics Service notes that the data are presented without taking into account the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea, Sevastopol and part of the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
