“Ukraine must win this war. And Putin’s aggression must end in strategic failure,” said the head of the European Commission.
She also noted that the EU will do everything possible to help Ukraine survive and decide on its own future. In addition, Ukraine is part of the “European family”, and the war against this country is a crucial moment for all democracies in the world, added von der Leyen.
