Russian forces lose a third of their tanks to Ukrainian forces
Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – May 29, 2022 – That the Ukrainian forces eliminated nearly 30% of the modern tanks used by the Russian army forces during their brutal invasion of Ukraine and its people, which destroyed many Ukrainian cities besides killing civilians in just three months.
This was stated by Viktor Androsev, Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs.
The heavy losses of the Russian Federation in tanks were confirmed by the reopening of the Soviet models by the Russians. According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the invaders have already lost 1,330 tanks.
Androsev said: “Before the war against Ukraine, Russia was armed with about 3,000 modern tanks, and our defenders already destroyed more than 30% in 3 months of the war, and in 6 months, this number will only increase.”
Earlier, the Russians had collected Soviet T-62 tanks, and Russian Federation forces were on their way to fire from old armored vehicles.
It is noteworthy that the Russian General Staff began training reserve battalions for deployment in Ukraine.
