The Polish authorities want the fund to support the reconstruction of Ukraine to have a center in Warsaw, including financial, said Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of State Assets Jacek Sasin on Polskie Radio .
The Deputy Prime Minister of Poland noted that Davos was discussing funding for the reconstruction of the country after the war. Discussions with United Nations representatives were important in this context.

“The UN is creating an international fund to support the reconstruction of Ukraine. We want the center of this fund to be in Poland, in Warsaw. We want to have not only a logistics center, but also a financial center,” he said.

Sasin pointed out that talks about the future and fate of Ukraine after the war are important. The Deputy Prime Minister of Poland noted that the first talks with Kyiv are already underway.
“We will need a lot of support in rebuilding what was destroyed,” he said.
The Polish official added that the country’s Ministry of State Assets had “already taken steps” to involve Polish companies in the process.
