It is known that the norm banning smoking of tobacco heating devices in certain places on the same level as cigarettes, e-cigarettes and hookahs will come into force on July 11, Bulakh stressed.

She spoke about the entry into force of the anti-tobacco law (№ 1978-IX) on May 31, World No Tobacco Day, established by the World Health Organization.

“There is no safe smoking, any tobacco emissions are harmful to the people around us, even if we do not feel them,” said the head of the subcommittee on epidemic safety, HIV / AIDS and socially dangerous diseases of the VRU Health Committee. nation.

Smoking e-cigarettes (as usual) will be prohibited:

· In elevators and payphones;

· On the premises and on the territory of health care institutions;

· On the premises and on the territory of educational institutions;

· On the premises and on the territory of sports and sports facilities and institutions of physical culture and sports;

· In the premises of restaurants;

· In the premises of cultural facilities;

· In the premises of public authorities, other state institutions, local governments;

· In the premises of enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership;

· In hotels and accommodation facilities;

· In dormitories;

· On playgrounds;

· In places of general use of residential buildings;

· In underground passages;

· In public transport used for the carriage of passengers, including taxis;

· At stations and stations;

· At stops of route vehicles.

Smoking e-cigarettes at airports is also prohibited, except in designated areas.

“The following regulations will come into force, which will prohibit the advertising of electronic cigarettes and devices for heating tobacco and the sale of cigarettes and liquids to e-cigarettes with flavors,” – added the people’s deputy.
