Ukraine Gate – Kyiv – June 2, 2022- In Mariupol, the Russian invaders are urgently setting up checkpoints and accepting documents for Russian passports.
The adviser to the mayor Petro Andryushchenko reported about it in the Telegram.
“Our sources report that an instruction has been received from the so-called DNR Ministry of Migration on the urgent arrangement of points for providing certificates of residence and accepting documents for Russian passports,” Andryushchenko wrote.
He noted that the so-called head of the occupation and migration service “DNR” in Mariupol Alexander Skrebov (data still being established) urgently together with the occupation administration of the district are looking for places for such points in undamaged buildings with potential electricity.
The mayor’s adviser published a photo of the collaborators at their so-called meeting in the Central district of Mariupol . But he wrote that such a sudden increase in activity is associated with statements by Russian politicians about the annexation of Donetsk region in July this year.
As reported, Russia’s aggression caused one of the biggest humanitarian catastrophes in Mariupol. The city was virtually destroyed by shelling by Russian invaders. Today Mariupol has no normal energy, water and gas supply. Up to 22,000 civilians have been killed since the Russian invasion began. Today, almost 150,000 people remain in the blocked city.
During the evacuation from Mariupol, the Russian invaders began to interrogate the children, conducting so-called filtering. Those Mariupol residents who do not pass the filtration are taken to a colony in Olenivka in the Donetsk region or to the Isolation Prison in Donetsk.
