Ukraine Gate – Kyiv – June 2, 2022- At the hands of the Russian invaders killed 11 medical workers, completely destroyed more than 100 medical facilities.
Mykhailo Radutskyi, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Health, Medical Care and Health Insurance, made this statement at a briefing at the Ukraine.
“To date, 627 medical facilities have been damaged, and more than 100, unfortunately, cannot be restored, they have been completely destroyed. As for the pharmacy network – 27 pharmacies were destroyed, 396 were damaged. The worst thing is that 11 medical workers have died so far. they did not die of their wounds, they were simply killed. 46 medical workers were injured, “Radutsky said.
The People’s Deputy noted that he was especially interested in the history of the Second World War. According to him, no health care system in those countries occupied by Nazi German troops suffered such losses in about the same period of World War II.
“This means that a war of annihilation is being waged against us , because doctors who help everyone, even Russian prisoners of war, are being destroyed,” Radutsky said.
As reported, almost 2,000 physicians from other countries have applied to the Ministry of Health for employment in Ukraine .
