The process of recovery of property from collaborators in the income of Ukraine will consist of three stages and will involve “rapid proceedings”. The Minister of Justice Denis Malyuska reported about it in interview to “Schemes” .

According to the Minister, the first stage is the imposition of sanctions in accordance with the decision of the National Security and Defense Council.
Second stage – the Ministry of Justice will collect written, official evidence that the person’s actions fall under one of the 22 criteria set by law. As soon as such evidence is collected, the ministry applies to the High Anti-Corruption Court to seize assets from such a person and transfer them to state revenue.
The third stage is a court decision.
