According to the UN, more than 3 million Ukrainian children have been forced to drop out of school due to hostilities.
Hundreds of thousands of people across the country do not have access to water and electricity, and millions do not know where to get food next time.
“Currently, 15.7 million people need humanitarian aid, and their number is growing,” the UN said.

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights said it had confirmed the deaths of more than 4,000 civilians in Ukraine since the Russian invasion on February 24, but said the figure was probably much higher.
