President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called on US mayors to reconsider twinning relations between American and Russian cities. He said this while addressing the participants of the 90th annual conference of mayors of the United States.
The President noted that dozens of American cities maintain the so-called twinning with the cities of the Russian Federation.
