The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal stated: “thanks to a tranche of 623 million euros from the EU and 51 billion hryvnias received from domestic government bonds, the state has fulfilled all social obligations, which were planned in the 2020 Budget.”
“We received a tranche of 623 million euros from the European Union two weeks ago. This week we received a record interest of investors in hryvnia bonds of the state domestic loan of 51 billion hryvnias. These are the loans that are planned in the budget. This is not more than the planned budget. But this means that we end this year with the fulfillment of all social obligations of the state, which were planned by this budget (for 2020 – ed.) “, – added the Prime Minister.
Shmygal also stated today that against the background of the fight against COVID-19, medical workers have shown their importance, and therefore next year “all the funds that will be able to accumulate, raise, earn, raise – they will go to the medical system.”
