Ukraine Gate – Kyiv – June 7, 2022- The corpses of the defenders of Azovstal brought to Kyiv
The bodies of the dead Ukrainian soldiers were brought from the Azovstal plant in Mariupol to Kyiv.
The Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, with reference to the Association of Families of Azovstal Defenders, announced via Facebook that the Azov Regiment’s Care Department had met and conducted an examination and description of the bodies with the doctors.
Forensic experts also carry out work that may take up to three months, during which the families of the victims will be invited for an examination and identification.
As it became known on June 4, the bodies of dead soldiers were exchanged between Ukraine and Russia on the front line in the Zaporizhia region.
