The team of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has decided to continue the systematic implementation of the all-Ukrainian project on career guidance and career development “Choose the profession of your dreams”, which was successfully piloted in 2021 and is one of 11 priority projects of the Ministry of Education and Science in 2022. .

Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet noted that they create all conditions for career guidance of student youth of Ukraine.
“We have taken as a basis the best world experience and developed testing based on artificial intelligence, which allows you to quickly and accurately determine the list of abilities and current professions individually for each child,” said Scarlett.
Thus, the All-Ukrainian project “Choose the profession of your dreams” consists of 5 main steps:
- Career guidance testing based on artificial intelligence.
- Consultations of career advisers with the help of “inverted call center” technology.
- Multimedia courses in the SCORM international format on labor market trends, writing a resume, preparing for an interview, advice to parents and students, choosing a dream profession, etc.
- Online excursions to the leading enterprises of Ukraine.
- Top 100 most relevant professions of the present and future.
It is reported that so far more than 30,000 students in grades 7-11 from all regions of Ukraine have benefited from the project. This number is said to increase until the vocational guidance program covers all high school graduates.
